The data controller (Global Corpus Business, S.A. de C.V., RFC GCB180201MM8) collects information that may reasonably identify you, for example, on a non-exhaustive basis: your name and surname; date of birth; address; email address; landline and/or mobile phone number; RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry); among others.

• Short text messages (SMS).
• Through the data controller's website (Global Corpus Business).
• Through the voluntary provision of information via chat windows enabled on our sites.
• The use of automatic data capture tools.
• Through direct collection, via an interview at our headquarters and/or at any of our authorized branches.
• Through publicly available sources and other sources available in the market.

All the information we collect about you may be combined to help us tailor our communications and allow us to develop products and services according to your needs and preferences.

How do we use or share the information we collect?

• We use the information we collect to provide you with the products and services you request, to notify you of other products and services, and to administer our sites and services.

YouTube API Services (Global Content Studio)

Global Corpus Business, S.A. de C.V., through Global Content Studio, an internal tool of its technology division Global Tech, uses the YouTube API Services to publish videos, read metrics (views, retention, subscribers) and manage comments, only on channels whose owners expressly authorize it.

By using these features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and are bound by the Google Privacy Policy.

Data we access:

• Basic channel information.
• Videos published through the tool.
• YouTube Analytics metrics.
• Public comments on those videos.

We store access tokens and metrics in our database (Supabase) solely to operate the tool. We do not sell or share them, except with the technology infrastructure providers that provide us with hosting and database services.

Retention: tokens are deleted when access is revoked, and metrics are deleted no later than 30 days after revocation.

Revocation: you may withdraw access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by writing to contacto@globalcorpusbusiness.com.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

Global Corpus Business reserves the right, at all times, to periodically update this Notice to reflect changes in our information practices. It is the Data Subject's responsibility to periodically review the content of the Notice on the site www.globalcorpusbusiness.com where any changes made will be published together with the date of the last update.
